Definitions

All the components and information (visual, textual, auditory, visual, photographic, and graphic) that an advertiser editorially presents under his sole responsibility in order to buy, rent, or sell a good or service and broadcast on the website and mobile site are referred to as listing.

Any major who has an account and has posted an announcement from it on the website is considered an advertiser, whether they are a natural or legal person. Any advertiser who wants to manage their listings must be connected to the personal account.

A personal account is the free space on our servers that each advertiser must set up and to which they must link from the Website in order to distribute, administer, and check their listings

Registration conditions

Our services are reserved for persons legally capable of entering into contracts under your countrie's law . Our services are not available to minors under the age of 18. If you do not meet these conditions, you should not use our services.

The role of Zerbote.com

We do not sell any products. We provide online services that allows people listed in the above registration terms to sell or buy anything he or she wants that is legal.

We host the content of ads posted by sellers (text, photos, etc.) and validated by the administrator. We do not intervene in the transaction between buyers and sellers. Consequently, we exercise no control over the quality, the safety of the objects listed, the veracity or the accuracy in the advertisements put on line, the capacity of the sellers to sell the said goods or services nor the capacity of the buyers to pay the said goods or services. We cannot guarantee that the seller will complete the transaction.

Acceptance

Any use of the website by an advertiser is full acceptance of the current Terms.

Responsibility

Responsibility for Zerbote.com can not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of due control, either because of the Advertiser, or a case of major force.

Since we do not intervene in transactions between buyers and sellers, you release us from any liability in the event of a dispute between several members for any claim, and any present or future damage, presumed or not, observed or not, resulting directly or indirect of these claims. All we can do is to ban customers or sellers who have shown fraud in order to improve our services.

Forbidden listings

You are required to ensure that the item you wish to buy or put up for sale is authorized by your countrie's law (also the laws related to electronic commerce).

It is prohibited to sell on our website:

• Gambling, betting and lotteries.
• Alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
• Pharmaceuticals.
• Products infringing intellectual, industrial or commercial property rights.
• Any good or service prohibited by your countrie's legislation.
• Any good or service that requires an authentic deed.
• Materials, equipment and sensitive products defined by your countrie's law as well as any other product and / or services that may harm the interests of national defense, public order and security.

Modification of these terms

Zerbote.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions.
